A NEW Snack Stand is OPEN in Downtown Disney

Exciting ride announcements, new May the Fourth snacks, and fun new souvenirs — it’s a good time to visit Disneyland!

Recently, a new food stand arrived in Downtown Disney, and based on the menu, we knew that we had to give it a try. Let’s go check it out!

This new stand is called Clyde’s Hot Chicken, and the menu was released just a few days before the official opening. The snacks on the menu sounded promising, so we headed straight there when it opened to check it out for ourselves.

Clyde’s Hot Chicken

At Clyde’s Hot Chicken, the chicken is served on a skewer. There are a few different options to choose from that range in spice level. If you don’t mind a little heat, you can go for Clyde’s Original or the Hot as Cali. If spice isn’t your thing, you can opt for the Naked chicken.

Different Chicken Options

We decided to grab Clyde’s Original, which is a chicken skewer with a mild spice that is blended cayenne based with a sweet and flavorful finish. Our meal also came with a bag of chips. It cost us $14.

We found the chicken to be juicy and flavorful, and the spice was definitely there! We thought it was a little more intense than “mild,” so if you decide to order this, beware of that spice.

Dipping sauces

There are also two different dipping sauces available, including Clyde’s Sauce or Clyde’s Ranch. You can add them to your order for $1 extra. Overall, if you like chicken and don’t mind a little spice, we say try this place out!
