Opening Timeline Revealed for Disneyland Hotel's NEW DVC Villas

There are a lot of exciting changes on the horizon for Disney hotels!

Multiple hotels at Disney World are currently under refurbishment as they get some major room updates. But on top of that, we’ve got some big additions coming to the Disneyland Hotel on the west coast…including new villas!

If you’re a Disney Vacation Club member or just a fan of Disney resorts in general, you’ll be excited to know that The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will be opening this September.

According to Disney, “The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will blend timeless Walt Disney Animation Studios classics with contemporary designs, delicately curating a celebration of Disney history in the place where it all started—the Disneyland Resort. This will be the fourth tower at the Disneyland Hotel, located just steps from the Downtown Disney District.”

The 12-story building has a colorful facade, but the real magic is inside, where you’ll find rooms themed to The Jungle Book, Sleeping Beauty, The Princess and the Frog, and Fantasia. The room options include duo studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom villas, two-bedroom villas, and a multi-level three-bedroom Grand Villa.

Reservations for these rooms open on March 15th for Disney Vacation Club Members and March 17th for the general public. Magic Key holders can make reservations starting on March 16th. Once reservations open, we’ll make sure to update you with the official opening date of the hotel.
