VIDEO! More Details Revealed For Disney Cruise Line’s ‘Star Wars’ Lounge!

Last week, the Disney Cruise Line revealed tons of details about their newest ship — the Disney Wish!

The Disney Wish will be setting sail in the summer of 2022 and it will feature brand new dining experiences, Disney’s first-ever cruise ship attraction, and more! And, kids won’t be the only ones getting themed areas onboard — a brand new adult-only Star Wars lounge will be on the ship and we got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at it!

Star Wars Hyperspace Lounge will be a place for adults to escape and enjoy signature drinks inspired by the Star Wars movies. But, the drinks won’t be the only draw to the new lounge. It will feel like you’ve been transported to space in the lounge inspired by Dryden Vos’ ship in Solo: A Star Wars Story. 

Plus, throughout the evening, guests will get to watch through the “window” as they travel through iconic Star Wars battle scenes and planets (like Batuu, Tatooine, Mustafar, and Coruscant), using hyperspeed to get there, of course.

And, Disney shared a behind-the-scenes look at the new technology that will make you feel like you’re on a spaceship instead of a cruise ship! So, now you can check out some of the scenes that you will see through the “window” while you dine!
