In November, we learned that Disneyland has officially filed for a new Disney Vacation Club Tower, and now more details are emerging about just what that tower will entail.

According to a new building permit filed in Anaheim, we have learned that the upcoming DVC Tower will feature be “a seven-story timeshare with 393 residential units, restaurant, lobby, sales area, deck area and pool”. Previously, we had learned the new hotel will be located between Disneyland Hotel’s Frontier Tower and South Walnut Street, with a theme that will resemble Disneyland Hotel’s 1955 decor.

Last year, Disneyland canceled the construction of a proposed new 700-room hotel, so we are excited to know that a new hotel will be coming in the future!
