A New Must-Try Cocktail Just Landed at Disney Spring's Homecomin'

Disney World is full of some unique and inventive cocktails. Just in EPCOT alone, you’ll find some incredible drinks just by making your way around World Showcase (which is why it’s called “drinking around the world‘).

However, you don’t have to go to EPCOT to get a tasty beverage that’s a little different from the rest. In fact, you don’t need a park ticket at all. You can find some pretty interesting cocktails in Disney Springs, particularly at Homecomin’. Well, a new one just arrived, and we tried it, so we’re going to give you our honest take.

Homecomin’ just dropped the Peanut Brittle Cocktail. Yes, that famous Southern candy made with peanuts and LOTS of corn syrup, butter, sugar, and peanuts has now somehow been translated into a boozy drink. For $14, you’ll get a drink made with praline liqueur, Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, salted cream, and coffee. Our bartender recommended trying it iced, so that’s what we did. From the first sip, we got iced cappuccino vibes.

We will recommend that you stir it well, though, because the alcohol tends to sit on the bottom with the cream on the top. You’ll want that sweet cream mixing with the alcohol to appreciate the flavors. The cream is supposed to be salted, but we really didn’t get that. It goes down smooth and isn’t super strong. The peanut flavor comes through here and there, but can be a little off-putting. But overall, it’s a solid drink, and we’d order it again.

Does it taste like peanut brittle? Well, sort of. It’s more like a peanutty version of an iced coffee, and if that’s your thing, you’ll love this new cocktail.
