Festival of the Arts is right around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited for Disney World’s first festival of 2026!
While we love the decor, entertainment, and art at this festival, the food is really where it’s at! Disney has just released the menus for the upcoming festival, and after looking through it all, we can confirm that there are 7 new menu items we can’t wait to try!
From January 16th to February 23rd, 2026, you can experience the Festival of the Arts in EPCOT and visit the Festival of the Arts Food Studios to try all the delicious offerings. Now that the menus have been fully released, these are all the NEW items you can check out at each booth this year.
The Artist’s Table
Food Item: Steakhouse Lobster Ceaser Salad.
The Steakhouse Lobster Ceaser Salad comes with romaine and red oak lettuces, warm water lobster, and radishes. Top it off with breadcrumbs and housemade ceaser dressing, and you get this masterpiece. You’ll find this new item at The Artist’s Table, located in the American Adventure pavilion.
Deco Delights
Food Item: Sparkling Spectacle Gateau.
Beverage: Boyd & Blair Espresso Martini.
The Sparkling Spectacle Gateau is a vanilla bean mousse with a golden caramel center and an apricot jam with a hazelnut cookie. It’s said to go great with the martini — both at Deco Delights.
Fictional Victuals
Food Item: Chapter 3: Tea Treat
Chapter 3: Tea Treat is a Twinings Earl Grey chocolate pot de creme with lemon madeleine, rose and raspberry jam, and a tea biscuit crumble. You’ll find it at Fictional Victuals!
Figment’s Inspiration Station at The Odyssey
Food Item: Figment Fantasy Cake
The Figment Fantasy Cake is a sponge cake filled with strawberry whipped cream, topped with a white chocolate ganache and orange icing. It also has white chocolate Figment wings! You can get this treat at Figment’s Inspiration Station at the Odyssey.
Along with the new stuff, things are returning to Figments Inspiration Station — though with some different names and descriptions!
