It’s not often we see a price DECREASE in Disney World, but we’re happy to tell you that instead of an $800 ticket to spend New Year’s Eve at Disney’s California Grill, it’ll now cost a whopping $570 LESS per person. If we’re using Girl Math, that’s too good a deal to pass up, right?!

For the past two years, Disney World has hosted slightly strange and WILDLY expensive New Year’s Eve parties at California Grill, and not only were both of them hundreds of dollars per person, but they also had…interesting offerings. In 2024, it was Tiana’s New Year’s Adventure at California Grill, and in 2023, it was Alice’s Whimsical World of Wonderland. This year, though, if you want to ring in 2026, you WON’T be celebrating with a specific themed event — and you’ll pay a lot less money, too!
This year’s New Year’s party, titled “The Magic of New Year’s Eve” at California Grill, costs significantly less than it did previously. The theme is more of a general “New Year’s Eve” vibe, and less of a “whimsical party” vibe. Don’t get us wrong, it’s STILL expensive, but this year it’ll cost you:
- December 30th: $229 per person
- December 31st – Early Seating: $299 per person
- December 31st – Late Seating: $349 per person

The cost of this event will include a 4-Course meal, music from a live band to set the tone of the evening, a photo opportunity with Mickey and Minnie, a complimentary Champagne toast, and, of course, a viewing of the special New Year’s Eve fireworks above Magic Kingdom.

The four-course meal will include:
- 1st Course: American Wagyu Futomaki Roll
- 2nd Course: Your choice of one of the Market Inspirations: BBQ European Quail, Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli, Norwegian Brown King Crab, OR Sweet Potato & Nantucket Scallop Bisque
- 3rd Course: Your choice of one of the Chef’s Creations: 30-Day Dry-Age Snake River Farms Wagyu Filet, Berkshire Pork Tenderloin, Butter Poached Maine Lobster, Truffled Poulet Rouge, OR Glacier 51 Toothfish Mosaic
- 4th Course: Your choice of one of the Sweet Creations: Celebration of Citrus, Chocolate Blossom, Blueberry-Goat Cheese Cheesecake, OR Muscavado Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée
Cocktails are also available at an additional cost. The four options are Black Truffle and Fig Old-Fashioned, Blueberry & Thyme Gin Smash, Heirloom Applejack 75, and Cosmopolitan Highball.

To book a reservation for this special event, you’ll need to call 407-824-2284. Now that this experience is more affordable than it once was, we wouldn’t be surprised to see it become more popular than it was previously. If you haven’t already secured your park pass reservations for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, we recommend doing so ASAP, as these are among the most popular days at the resort. (Certain parks are already selling out!)
