Buying into the Disney Vacation Club can be daunting, and it’s not a commitment you can make without some serious consideration.

A lot of folks LOVE being a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member and the perks that come with that. However, the pricing can be a turnoff. Still, if you’re still interested and are considering buying into the DVC NOW, we’ve got an update on what the pricing looks like.
The DVC is Disney’s timeshare program, where your membership purchase buys you points to use for hotel stays at some of Disney’s nicest rooms across the country.

Membership usually lasts a maximum of 50 years and — as of this post — DVC memberships purchased directly through Disney range between $235 to $245 per point.
Right now, the cost of membership includes a starting cost of at least $23,500 for 100 Vacation Points, plus closing costs starting at $393, plus annual dues that go towards your resort’s operating costs, real estate taxes, and more — starting at $67 per month.

Fortunately, you can choose how you want to pay for your points. You can pay outright or finance your purchase through Disney directly or at your preferred bank or credit union.
We’re summing up the process pretty quickly here to get to the answer to the big question: “Is it worth buying right now?” To dive deeper into the program and really explore the ins and outs, check out our full guide below!
