We may be a few months away from Halloween, but it’s never too early to start preparing!

Plus, it’s almost April, which means that we’re LESS than six months away from the start of the spooky season in the Disney World parks. While tickets aren’t on sale yet for this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, it’s just been confirmed that one of our favorite shows at the event will be returning this year!
If you’re looking for a travel agent to help with your vacation, we recommend our friends at Mouse Fan Travel. They’re experts in the field with over 20 years of vacation planning experience, and they can help take a bunch of the stress out of the entire booking process for you!
The official Disney auditions Instagram account just released information confirming that Disney is holding auditions for the Hocus Pocus Villains Spelltacular show. That means the show will be taking place again this year!
Right now, you can submit an audition online through April 11th to be a vocalist or dancer for this popular show, which usually has multiple showtimes each party night.

Disney specifies in its casting call that they’re looking for dancers with great jazz technique who are proficient in multiple dance styles (such as jazz, Fosse, and hip hop). Good acting is a major plus, as you must be able to interact with the Sanderson Sisters.

As for the vocalist auditions, Disney is currently seeking performers to bring the Sanderson Sisters to life! You have the opportunity to submit for Winifred, Mary, and Sarah and can see their full character descriptions and information on the Disney Auditions website.

You’ll need to be fully available for rehearsals, which will begin in mid-July, as well as for the shows, which will run from August through October 31st. While this doesn’t confirm the start date for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, we do know that the party will begin sometime in August and run through Halloween.

If you’re not at all interested in auditioning but were hoping to see this show this year at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you’re in luck because now we know for sure the show will be returning!
