Disney Springs is full of fantastic dining options; it’s sometimes hard to decide what to try on your vacation.

Not to mention that new offerings are coming out pretty much every month, and that’s where we come in! If you’re heading to Disney Springs soon and are looking for some delicious dessert options, you may head to Amorette’s Patisserie. We love this spot, and it just came out with two new treats that we knew we needed to try ASAP. When you see what they look like, you’ll understand why.
Amorette’s Patisserie is a high-end dessert shop that has some sweet options year-round, and every now and then, they get limited-time offerings, too.

We stopped by to grab two of the new menu items for the winter season, the first of which is the Strawberry Cheesecake for $9.25. This is New York-style Cheesecake, Strawberry Center, White Chocolate Dip, Strawberry Mousse Stone, Whipped Cream, and Chocolate Garnish.

This was incredible! It’s so fresh and creamy, we’re not exaggerating when we say it’s one of the best cheesecakes we ever had. The strawberry gave it such a great sweetness, and the mousse on top was light and fluffy with a clear strawberry flavor. The combination of the strawberry flavor and the texture of the perfectly-baked cheesecake made this a fantastic dish we’d get over and over again.

We also grabbed the Lemon Almond Macaron for $7.50. This is Almond Cheesecake with Lemon Curd Filling, and while our reporter isn’t usually a fan of lemon pastries, this was amazing. Oh, and it’s GORGEOUS!

The macaron was perfectly made with a nice crunch, and while the lemon offered a great tart bite to it, it was still mostly sweet overall. The sugared lemon pieces on top also added a great texture to the dessert. The almond cheesecake adds a great sweet contrast to the lemon flavor, and truly what shines here is how fresh and high-quality these desserts are.

Overall, both of these dishes are delicious and absolutely worth every dollar you spend, BUT you have to be a fan of strawberry and lemon, respectively. Otherwise, we think other desserts may be a better fit just due to your preferred flavor profile.
