Universal Announces First Original Halloween Horror Nights House for 2025

We’ve got great news for Halloween Horror Nights fans!

We’ve been keeping a close eye on all the latest news coming out from Universal Orlando as we prepare for this upcoming spooky season, and we’re happy to report that there’s a NEW addition on the way. Universal Orlando just announced the first original house coming to the event this year!

Universal just announced the addition of an all-new original house this year, which means that it’s not based on any existing IP, like the other two houses announced so far (Fallout and Jason Universe).

The new house is called El Artista: A Spanish Haunting. In this house, you’ll be brought to 19th-century Spain, where a tortured artist moves into an isolated country manor for inspiration, but the art comes alive and possesses him.

That’s all we know about this house currently, but we can’t wait to hear more and get to experience it ourselves.

As a reminder, the other houses have some spooky stories, too! In the all-new house, “Jason Universe,” you will go on a vengeance tour through the summer camp where it all began. From the creaking floorboards of Jason’s ramshackle cabin, to the decaying main lodge, to the eerie forest that offers no escape for his victims, fans will be inundated with infamous killer moments from Jason’s heinous homicidal career around every corner as he taunts and stalks his victims who learn too late that the legend is real.

Plus, we know that there will be a house inspired by the popular video game and TV series, Fallout! Here, you’ll “Face your fears in post-apocalyptic LA, devastated by nuclear war, based on the hit show and game franchise Fallout. You’ll travel into the vaults and be attacked by raiders alongside Lucy. You’ll escape to the wasteland and confront the bounty hunter, The Ghoul. You’ll even encounter Maximus with the Brotherhood of Steel and see T-60 power armor.”
