Universal Drops HUGE Halloween Horror Nights News…And You're Going to Love It

If you truly want to be scared this Halloween season, you may want to consider visiting Universal Orlando or Universal Studios Hollywood.

That’s because Halloween Horror Nights will be happening again this year, and this year’s theme is sure to give you nightmares. Now, Universal has released some details about some of the haunted houses coming this year, but a NEW haunted house was just announced…and it’s themed to an Academy Award-winning film.

Yes, Sinners is coming to Halloween Horror Nights. The 2025 film is the highest-grossing original horror movie of all time and was nominated for 16
Academy Awards with four Oscar wins. The film tells the story of twin brothers who return to their hometown to open a juke joint, but vampires end up crashing the party.

Here’s the official description of the new haunted house: “The terrifying Halloween Horror Nights house will transport guests back in time to the popular Club Juke where they will quickly realize that nothing is as it seems when nefarious, red-eyed vampires Remmick, Bert and Joan appear with their insatiable hunger. As they attempt to evade the vampires at every turn, fans will encounter some of their favorite characters lifted straight from the film, including Sammie, Mary, Annie, Pearline and Cornbread. Caught in a deadly struggle between twins Smoke and Stack and the bloodthirsty vampires, guests must survive the night – because the terror will only relent once the sun rises. ”

Universal also just dropped some new Sinners merchandise for fans to grab before they visit Halloween Horror Nights, including a limited release t-shirt and hat. An acrylic figure inspired by the house is also available.

Halloween Horror Nights happens on select nights at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood from August through the end of early November, depending on the park. Tickets are on sale now.
