It seems Premier Pass is working.
Earlier this fall, when Disney announced the new Lightning Lane Premier Pass option, they were met with a mixed reaction. Some fans welcomed the new skip-the-line option, while others balked at the expense and the addition of another layer of planning. However, judging by this week’s sales numbers, it seems like the former group may be winning out.
Last week, we told you that both the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios had SOLD OUT of Lightning Lane Premier pass offerings for November 25th.
Now, we can confirm that EPCOT and Animal Kingdom have sold out today as well, meaning that Lightning Lane Premier Pass has SOLD OUT at all four Walt Disney World theme parks for the day.
Lightning Lane Premier Pass prices fluctuate based on date and theme park, with the 25th costing $379 per person for the Magic Kingdom, $309 per person at Hollywood Studios, $209, per person at EPCOT, and $139 per person at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Lightning Lane Premier Pass, which is NOW available for guests staying at all Disney World hotels, as well as the Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve, Shades of Green, and select other resorts, allows each guest who has a one-time entry to each Lightning Lane experience in the selected theme park. Eligible Guests can purchase Lightning Lane Premier Passes up to 7 days before the first day of their Resort stay—for their entire length of stay (up to 14 days)—starting at 7:00AM Eastern Time.
Lightning Lane Premier Pass selling out across the Disney World resort on Monday, November 25th seems to be a sure sign that the new Lightning Lane tier will be exceptionally popular during Disney World’s busiest times.
