A RARE Character Meet and Greet Has Debuted In Disney World — But Not for Long!

A RARE meet and greet has made its way into Disney World!

We go well out of our way to meet characters around Disney World during the regular park days, after-hours events, and even at exclusive parties. But, there’s no one quite as elusive to catch at Disney World, quite like this jolly ole fella!

The holidays in Disney World have officially started and that can only mean one thing — Santa Claus has come to town! 

There are actually a few places you can meet Santa while visiting Disney World like at Disney Springs, or Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and even at Magic Kingdom during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party — but there’s another place he’s cleared his schedule to swing by!

From November 12th through December 24th you’ll be able to meet with Santa Claus at Restaurantosaurus in Disney’s Animal Kingdom! While you’re here to meet Santa, take some time to look all around you and see if you spot some fun details.

A special section of the restaurant has been decked out for the holidays thanks to the help from a few students and the faculty of the Dino Institute. They’ve transformed this area for their annual Dino Institute Holiday Party (which looks fabulous by the way) complete with festive music…

…dazzling lights…

…colorful stockings (we spotted a few notable names here)…

…vintage touches and of course, dinosaur decor to boot.

You’ll need to coordinate your meet and greet though, because Santa keeps a pretty tight schedule! You can expect him out for meet and greets throughout the day at regular intervals starting at 10AM with his last time out starting at 3:30PM.

A few of our AllEars friends were able to meet with Santa already and shared a few merry moments together!

Hopefully, they got around to sharing everything on their Christmas lists this year while they talked! Of course, Santa’s only around for a few weeks before he’s got to get back to the North Pole and get ready for the big day, but we’re very excited to be able to meet him at another location in Disney World.
