Emma Ranks Her Top 5 Eats at the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival

The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has started, and I have eaten a lot of things.

Emma at Macatizers

Seriously, I ate a lot of things. The AllEars Team went to every single food booth at the festival (and yes, I lost count of how many food booths we visited), and tried a ton of new foods. Out of ALL the things I ate, I can now give you a ranking of my top five eats, I think. It’s so hard to decide, but I’ll do my best to share my TOP choices this year.

Really, though, it’s so hard to just pick five because there is just so much good food to try at the festival. BUT if I had to choose just five, these five eats would be it.

Brioche aux Escargot at France

The France booth has always been one of my favorite festival booths, but this year, it stepped up its game. The Brioche aux Escargot (yes, as in snails) for $7.95 is spectacular. There’s been a similar item at this booth in the past, but this year, it has garlic and parsley cream, and that garlic flavor was delicious.

The soft pastry with the garlic was perfection. This could be one of the festival eats that surprised me the most.

Greek Melon Limenade from Greece

The Greek Melon Limenade is made with Kleos Mastiha Spirit, Aelred Melon Apéritif de Provence, Pearl Vodka, and lime sour mix. It’s $11.50 and it is FANTASTIC. It’s sweet. It’s refreshing. It’s divine.

The lime adds a nice acidity that cuts through the sweetness, too, which makes the drink even better. I hope to grab another glass of this one soon.

Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese from Macatizers

The Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese comes with shaved beef, peppers, onions, and breadcrumbs. It was $6.50, and this was the breakout hit of the Macatizers booth for me. It really surprised me how good it was.

The beef, onions, and peppers are so tender without being mushy, and the flavor was SO good.

Frozen French Cosmo from France

France delivered yet another of my faves this year with the Frozen French Cosmo, which is made with vodka, Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka, Grand Marnier, and cranberry juice.  It’s $14.95 and is just SO refreshing and sweet. This could be the best cosmo I’ve ever had.

It does melt fast, but I thought it tasted just as good when it was all melty.

Vanilla Cheesecake from Italy

What’s so special about a cheesecake? Well, you might ask that, and I’ll tell you that the Vanilla Cheesecake at the Italy booth was AMAZING. It melted in my mouth with the very real taste of vanilla, not that artificial vanilla flavor you sometimes get.

The strawberry sauce on the cheesecake is also a nice touch for a little extra flavor. For $7.75, I’ll be grabbing more of this cheesecake again soon.

Honestly, though, it’s so hard to just pick out five eats as my faves because there are so many wonderful options at the festival this year. I suggest you come over to EPCOT and try out all the food booths for yourselves.

Check back with AllEars again soon for more.
