The Three VERY BEST Hotel Rooms at Disney’s Pop Century Resort

If you’re looking for a fully immersive Disney World experience, you probably want to stay at a Disney World resort.

Pop Century

Disney’s hotels have some incredible theming, whether you stay at a Value, Moderate, or Deluxe property. Disney’s Pop Century Resort, one of its Value resorts, is a fun, nostalgia-inspired hotel with the huge perk of being on the Disney Skyliner route. From buildings themed to specific decades to rooms close to the lobby, there are a few preferences you might want to consider when booking your stay. We found the three BEST rooms across the hotel — come take a look!

First up, Quincy just made a video about all the things you need to know before you stay at Pop Century, and you can watch it right here.

Now let’s look at those specific rooms you might want to request!

Room 4160

First things first — one of our favorite parts about this hotel is its access to the Skyliner! The transportation perk makes this Value resort a huge win, but keep in mind that the property is pretty big.

If you chose this hotel because of the Skyliner, you might check into your room only to find out you have a bit of a walk just to get to the station. Room 4160, however, is right next to the Skyliner!

It also is so close that you’ll have a view of it, along with Hourglass Lake.

Most of the rooms on this corner of building 4 would be a great choice, especially if you like the ’60s!

Room 5172

This hotel also has a few fun pools, most notably the Hippy Dippy Pool. This is also in the ’60s section of the resort, and it features flower-shaped water jets, hosts Movies Under the Stars, and includes a kiddie pool off to the side.

Want to maximize your swimming and sunbathing time? Room 5172 is in a great spot.

Room 5172

It sits right next the the pool and has a convenient entrance nearby.

Keep in mind, however, that this room might not be as quiet as some of the other rooms farther from the action!

Room 9101

Lastly, if you want to be closer to your car — the ’80s and ’90s are a great spot! Room 9101 in building 9 has pretty convenient access to the parking lot.

Since this resort is pretty big, having an easy walk to your car isn’t always guaranteed, so this section might be worth requesting.
