Opening Timeline REVEALED for New Restaurant at Disney Springs

There is a LOT going on in Disney World right now.

Splash Mountain is currently getting re-themed to become Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. EPCOT is in the middle of a massive transformation. New meet and greets are coming to the parks. That’s just the TIP of the iceberg. Several new restaurants are also coming to Disney World and we now have an opening timeline for one of those dining spots!

We’ve been learning more about the new Summer House at the Lake restaurant coming to Disney Springs. We recently got a peek at the food coming to the restaurant but now we have BIGGER news — the opening timeline!

Summer House on the Lake will be opening in Disney Springs in late 2023.

The menu is inspired by California cuisine and features salads, like the Shaved Brussels Salad, the Wilshire Blvd Cobb Salad, and the Costa Mesa Salad. Small plates will also be available like the Ahi Tuna Tostadas. Plus you’ll be able to order a GIANT Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Don’t forget that there’s already a Summer House location at the Orlando International Airport that JUST opened in the airport’s Terminal C. You can already snag breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. So if you’re looking to get an idea of what the Disney Springs restaurant will offer, be sure to stop by the next time you fly through the airport.
