Okay, in case you forgot (like many of us have), it’s almost Daylight Savings, meaning you’ll need to set your clocks forward.
Just like for us, the shift caused by Daylight Savings affects animals as well, which means Animal Kingdom may be affected more than other parks. In fact, it’s being affected so much that you won’t be able to catch one of the park’s most popular shows!
Animal Kingdom’s Tree of Life Awakening show can usually be caught every 10 minutes throughout the night before the park closes.
The tree lights up with projections during this show, and the show changed its theme to Avatar: The Way of Water. However, due to Daylight Savings, you won’t be able to catch this show at all in the foreseeable future.
On Disney World’s website, there are no times showing for March 12th or any dates after. This is likely because the showtimes will now begin to change as it gets darker later in the day.
If you’re visiting Animal Kingdom soon, we suggest checking the My Disney Experience app to see if any showtimes pop-up for that day. We’ll be sure to let you know if more showtimes are listed. As always, stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney news!
