When it comes to Disney World, change is inevitable — it happens almost every day.
That’s part of the fun of visiting Disney World again and again: new things are constantly happening. Just this week, we saw the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival start, which brought some beautiful topiaries and gardens to the park. Now, a SHOP at EPCOT has had a bit of an update.
We were inside Creations Shop just perusing for some new merchandise (as we do), and noticed it’s been updated! First, Chewbacca has now been painted on one of the pillars in the shop!
But that’s not the only new character putting in an appearance here. Remy has also been painted on the wall.
Finally, we noticed that a Pixar Lamp has been added to a display.
We spoke to a Cast Member, who did confirm that these were new additions to the shop and were added just a few weeks ago. So we can say Creations Shop just got some new character. Be sure to look up and around you the next time you go shopping at this gift store in EPCOT!

Mouse Gears was my second favorite store at WDW. Creations… not so much. I have been in there on two different trips since it opened and I am just not a fan. Maybe it is the change over from something familiar to something new and with time it will be fine, but for now… I miss Mouse Gears.
