Ever wondered how hard it is to make the Tatooine Blue Milk? Here’s how to make it in less than 10 minutes!
The blue milk has been a staple of Disney’s Galaxy’s Edge snack options since the land opened. It was so popular that it found its way onto the Galactic Starcruiser. Now, we’ve intercepted the transmission for just how to make these right from your own home!
Here’s what you’re going to need:
- 1 cup unsweetened lite coconut milk
- 1-½ DOLE® Bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vegan blue food coloring
- 1 cup ice cubes
It’s also worth noting that if you are allergic to Tree Nuts, you’ll want to steer clear of trying this recipe for now.
Combine all your ingredients — coconut milk, bananas, maple syrup, cinnamon, food coloring, and ice — into a blender. Be sure to cover while blending, and blend until the blue milk reaches a smooth consistency.
Now you’ve got it! Use the force (and this recipe) to hold you over until your next visit into Galaxy’s Edge and see how closely your own spin matches what Disney has available! Check out our Pineapple DOLE whip recipe and see if that one is any easier to make! Keep watch for more notable Disney recipes that are super simple to try from home.
