Today is the FIRST day of the 2022 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, and we’re eating our way around the World Showcase!
Along with all the new merchandise, entertainment, and, of course, flowers, we’re also trying a LOT of food. The Garden Graze is a big part of the fun if you’re eating your way around World Showcase and it is back again this year, so come along with us as we try five different dishes — and win a prize!
Just like Emile’s Fromage Montage from the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, or the Cookie Stroll from the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, the Flower & Garden Festival also has a food-based hunt! The Garden Graze takes you on a journey of five plant-based dishes and, once you complete it, you win a prize!
We started at the Flavor Full Kitchen Hosted by AdventHealth, located between Imagination! and Refreshment Port, for Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with Savory Garlic Spread for $5.75.
Next, we visited the EPCOT Sunshine Griddle near Test Track, where we tried the Avocado Toast with Marinated Toy Box Tomatoes on Toasted Ciabatta for $6.
The next stop was Trowel & Trellis Hosted by Impossible™ Foods near Disney Traders for Grilled Baby Vegetables with Hummus Cream and Red Pepper Coulis for $4.75.
Then, we visited Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market in the Germany pavilion for Potato Pancakes with House-Made Apple Sauce for $4.75.
And finally, we finished the Garden Graze with the Coconut Tres Leches, which is Vanilla Cake soaked in Oat Milk, Almond Milk, and Coconut Milk, with Toasted Coconut from La Isla Fresca for $4.50. You can get this dish between the Morocco and France pavilions.
Once you’re done eating your way through them all, you can redeem the stamps that you’ve collected in your Festival Passport at the Pineapple Promenade booth. And, what exactly do you earn? Pineapple Lime Swirl Dole Whip! It even comes in a plastic Flower & Garden Festival souvenir cup.
Don’t worry if this sounds like too much food to eat in one day, because you can actually complete the Garden Graze at any time during the festival! The Flower & Garden Festival will run from March 2nd to July 4th, 2022, so stop by EPCOT between those dates to earn your prize.

I hope there’s an option to purchase one of the souvenir glasses if you’re not interested in the various food choices in the stroll. There should be an option for guests who might not eat some of them.
I know with the Cookie Stroll you did not have to try each option. As long as you get 5 stamps, you could even buy the same item five times.
