Disclosure: We were invited to attend a preview of the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. This did not affect our reporting of the event — our opinions are our own.
There’s been such a multitude of new experiences around Disney World that they’ve been hard to keep up with! While we’ve been thoroughly enjoying the new Disney Enchantment fireworks, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Space 220, and more, there’s another BIG opening happening on property today!

Disney World has been working hard to bring the new Walt Disney World Swan Reserve to life as the latest place to stay during your vacation. As we’ve kept an eye on its construction over the months, the opening was delayed until October in order to make the finishing touches. However, we got a preview of the new hotel, and we’re taking you with us!
Before we give you a full look at the resort, let’s do a quick recap on everything you need to know!

The Swan Reserve is an expansive hotel with 349 guest rooms, 149 suites, and 2 presidential suites for guests to experience.

Yet, the resort also has plenty of amenities with the signature Amare Restaurant that will serve Mediterranean dishes…

…a scenic pool area, a fitness center, a business center, an event space, and a rooftop spot with views of the parks called the Vue.

The resort is within walking distance or a water taxi ride of both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, where guests can have a great view of the fireworks without leaving the hotel! Plus, people staying there have access to Disney World Resort perks like Early Theme Park Hours and Extended Evening Hours.
But, we’re sure you’re as ready as we are to see what the Swan Reserve looks like on the inside! The lobby area is decorated with wooden panels that are backlit with warm lights…

The hallways around the rooms have a sleek, beach-themed atmosphere where palm leaves are decorated in blacks and grays on the wall and an ocean appearance is splashed onto the floor.

The rooms have the same elegant style as the rest of the hotel with plenty of warm tones to make them comfortable. The Junior Suite has a seating area to go along with the bed…

Why you should avoid Disney World for the 50th anniversary

Stay booked for Thanksgiving week 2021. Hoping they open soon so I can put my nerves to rest about having a place to stay. The pictures look amazing!
Reservation set for May2022, can’t wait. I do have to say that the photo’s in the room of people in a swimming pool is kinda odd and creeoy.
Plan to stay there October 2022
We are set to check in October 27th. Such a relief to see these pictures. I’m in construction so I’ve been anxious about the delays. I think these look like we should be good to go. So excited!
Any indication from your tour if there is a firm date for opening?
