We can’t wait to head to Disney World for its 50th anniversary celebrations all across the parks!
As you get ready to experience the new restaurants, attractions, shows, and beyond, you can even celebrate the huge occasion at home before visiting!
ABC has shared a first look at its 2-hour long event that will celebrate Disney World’s 50th anniversary! When “The Most Magical Story on Earth: 50 Years of Walt Disney World” debuts on October 1st, viewers will be able to go on a journey through over half a decade of entertainment, projects, and more from the parks.
Disney Legend Whoopi Goldberg will be hosting the special, as various actors, actresses, and athletes, Walt Disney World Cast Members, Disney Imagineers, and executives come together to talk about the past, present, and future. Musical performances from singers like Halle Bailey and Christina Aguilera will add extra magic to ABC’s 50th anniversary event.
Stars like John Stamos, Gary Sinise, Melissa Joan Hart, Candace Cameron Bure, Tom Brady, Kevin Feige, and James Cameron are set to appear. And, Walt Disney World Imagineers, including Bob Weis, Mark Kohl, and Ann Morrow Johnson, as well as Disney executives like Bob Chapek, Bob Iger, and Michael Eisner will also be there to celebrate too!
