Here Are the Times for EVERY Character Cavalcade in Disney World

Instead of parades, we’ve been seeing a lot of character cavalcades around Disney World since the parks reopened.

So what exactly is a “cavalcade?” If we want to get really technical, Oxford Languages defines a cavalcade as “a formal procession of people walking, on horseback, or riding in vehicles.” They do not have a set time like parades did, but they do appear periodically throughout the day. And here’s your guide to all the cavalcade times around Disney World!

Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom has four cavalcades located near Cinderella Castle on Main Street, U.S.A., taking place multiple times throughout the day.

Main Street, U.S.A.

The Mickey & Friends Cavalcade appears periodically between 10:40AM to 5:20PM.

A Goofy Cavalcade featuring Goofy and his pals can be seen anywhere from 10:25AM to 3:35PM.

A Royal Princess Processional can be found intermittently from 11:45 AM to 4:15PM.

You can find the Magic Kingdom Cavalcade featuring Disney friends recurring between 2:05PM to 5:40PM.

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom has five different cavalcades that cruise down the Discovery River throughout the day.

Discovery River

The Discovery River Character Cruise stars either Pocahontas or characters from The Lion King and sails between 9AM to 4:15PM.

Donald’s Dino Bash Flotilla cruises along the river with Donald and his friends periodically from 9AM to 4PM.

Goofy & Pals Set Sail take a break from Dino Bash and can be seen throughout the day from 9:30AM to 3:30PM.

The Discovery Island Drummers Flotilla perform their music and sail periodically between 9:45AM to 4PM.

And the Mickey and Friends Flotilla can be found intermittently between 10:15AM to 5PM.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios has two cavalcades that ride down Hollywood Boulevard throughout the day.

Hollywood Boulevard

From 10:45AM to 5:15PM, you can periodically catch the Pixar Pals Motorcade starring Pixar characters from The Incredibles, Monsters, Inc., and Toy Story.

And from 3:45PM to 6:45PM, Mickey and Friends Motorcade cruises down Hollywood Boulevard in stylish cars intermittently.

EPCOT

EPCOT currently has one character cavalcade starring Disney Princesses.

World Showcase

The Princess Promenade periodically takes Disney Princesses around the World Showcase in a horse-drawn carriage from 11:15AM to 4:15PM.
