Do You Know the Story of Jack & Jill in Disney's Animal Kingdom?

One of our favorite parts of Disney’s Animal Kingdom is all the animal watching that you can do during the day.

They’re equally intriguing as they are adorable and if you ask a Cast Member about them, they usually know a lot about their lives at the park (and in the wild). And, today we stopped by the Affection Station at Rafiki’s Planet Watch to see what the animals were up to. That’s when we met two of Animal Kingdom’s original Cast Members!

Meet Jack and Jill. They’re both 25 years old and came to Animal Kindom when they were only 2 years old — before the park even opened! They’re best buds and always stick together.

There are a couple of ways to tell these two apart. Jill is the taller of the two and her mane is looped over to one side.

Meanwhile, Jack is a little bit shorter and more stocky.

We could only get some pictures of their behinds because they knew it was almost lunchtime. We were there a little before 11AM which is when they get fed so they were waiting patiently for their meal.
