This “cookie” is like a  delicious carrot cake whoopie pie. It will definitely impress your cookie-eating friends and family! The Carrot Cake Cookie was originally sold at the Writers Stop then later moved to Trolley Car Cafe after the Stop closed. It’s made with a layer of cream cheese frosting sandwiched between two moist rounds of carrot cake.

Lunch Box TartWoody’s Lunch Box

Looking to get creative? Woody’s Lunch Box is home to the popular Lunch Box Tarts. The tarts are inspired by, you guessed it, Pop-Tarts! They’ve been kicked up a notch with fresh shortbread and fantastic fillings. The sandwich cookies are also very similar to the popular Pop’t Art treats which were featured at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.
