The Best Walt Disney World Restaurants for Big Groups!

There are lots of dining options in Disney World, and since lots of folks like to head to The Most Magical Place on Earth in big groups, we want to take a bite out of the best restaurants to accommodate a large group.

Whether it’s for a special occasion or just a big friend/family trip, big groups can make for a super fun time in the parks. Still, there can be challenges when it comes to dining with a large party.

Here the best Disney World restaurants for dining with a big group!

‘Ohana

First off, head on over to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort for a meal at ‘Ohana (when it reopens, of course). This spot is known for fun character breakfasts, all-you-care-to-enjoy dining, and super yummy options. Plus, it’s a large space with plenty of room, and everyone can find something they’ll enjoy.

Boma

Another large dining space is available at Boma at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. This restaurant will offer traditional African options with some American classics thrown in to satisfy both the most adventurous eaters and the pickiest.

Biergarten

Biergarten is located in EPCOT‘s Germany Pavilion and offers a buffet of fun German favorites. (Note: Currently, the meal here is served family style rather than buffet.) If you dine here with a smaller party, you’ll typically be seated at a large table with another party. But those big tables are perfect for a large party on its own!

Trail’s End

Trail’s End at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort is yet another buffet. Are you sensing a theme here? Buffets are great options because you get to skip the complicated ordering process that can often come with dining with a large party. Trail’s End is a great choice because the pricing is super moderate for what you get. (Note: Trail’s End is not yet open.)

Whispering Canyon Cafe

Over at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, we recommend big groups grab a table at Whispering Canyon Cafe. This fun spot has plenty of large tables, awesome service, and bottomless platters!

Chef Mickey’s

It might be a little tough to grab a reservation to Chef Mickey’s (after all it is one of the most popular character meals in Disney World), but if you can, it’s a great spot for large-group dining. Adults and kids alike will love meeting Chef Mickey and the buffet-style (of course!) suits itself to larger groups! (Note: Chef Mickey’s is currently being served family style.)

Crystal Palace

Magic Kingdom‘s best spot for large-group dining is at the Crystal Palace. You can bet this location is all-you-care-to-enjoy, and you can meet pals from the Hundred Acre Woods! Plus, the building is super pretty, too.

Hollywood & Vine
