If you’re like us, you could be completely surrounded by chocolate chip cookies all the time (especially if they’re from Gideon’s Bakehouse).

The Polite Pig used to be the hot-spot to get one of Gideon’s famous MEGA chocolatey treats in Disney Springs. But, after the Rustic Cuff closed, a new Gideon’s Bakehouse has taken over its previous location. As we’ve been keeping an eye on the construction (just waiting for the SECOND we can grab one of the treats on the menu), it looks like we’re one step closer to the bakery’s grand opening!

Progress has moving forward pretty quickly at the bake shop with the logo appearing on the building ahead of the planned 2020 opening. Although Gideon’s has hired Chef Kristy Carulcci to join the team, the bakery is looking to add front of house Cast Members too (and YOU could be one of them)!

Can you imagine being surrounded by the smell of fresh cookies and cakes all day long as you work? It practically sounds like paradise to us!
