Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney World Welcomes Famous Chef Kristy Carulcci to the Team!

Gideon’s Bakehouse, home of the giant cookie and unique cake slices, is coming to Disney Springs soon!

Construction has already begun and it will be located right next to Wine Bar George. Now, Gideon’s is introducing us to a new and highly-decorated Pastry Chef that is sure to bring us some tasty treats in the future!

Chef Kristy Carlucci is a well-known Pastry Chef in the Orlando area who honed her skills The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She has worked at local  Orlando favorites like The Osprey Tavern, The Ravenous Pig, and Cask & Larder. She was even inducted into Orlando Magazine’s Dining Awards Hall of Fame for her achievements!

Carlucci’s experience doesn’t stop there. In 2015, she teamed up with Honey Nut Cheerios and created an exclusive recipe for their “real honey” promotion. Some of her dining guests include celebrities, professional athletes, and political figures!

Chef Kristy will bring her extensive baking experience and innovation to Gideon’s by creating more limited and secret items to all locations. Disney Springs will surely reap the rewards of Carlucci’s creations!
