  1. I called today to see about switching my October All-Star reservation to another value or a moderate resort (since All-Star resorts weren’t on this list) and I was told the news about the other resorts reopening wasn’t official. The cast member said I could only switch my reservation to one of the DVC properties on the list that reopened today. He said Ft. Wilderness wasn’t available either, even though it reopened. I don’t have the money to upgrade from a discounted value stay to a deluxe villa stay, so for now, we still have our All-Star reservation and will see what happens between now and the start of October.

  2. I am scheduled to stay at Caribbean beach starting July 15 and have received nothing from Disney about this resort not being open for our arrival 😩I guess I will be calling tomorrow after I make park reservations. Not cool that they don’t teach out. They can see the reservations

  3. There are no moderate resorts until the end of July. If Disney modifies a person’s reservation, do they have to pay more if upgraded to a deluxe resort or get a refund if downgraded to POP?

      1. so if the hotel you have a ressie at is not available they charge you more? Doesn’t sound fair to me. If I wanted to pay more I’d have made a ressie at another place to begin with. We can’t help all this happened, smh…

  4. I was glad to see that the Yacht & Beach Club, is scheduled to open on August 24, 2020. We check into the Yacht Club, for 4 days starting on August 26. Then move over to Kidani Village, on August 29th. I was glad to see that date. I know the situation is fluid. And that things can change. Disney did send me an email on Friday, June 19th. Stating that I could start to make my Park Selection for our upcoming trip on Monday June 22, using their new Reservation System, for days to be selected during our trip. They noted because we had an existing Resort Reservation & Ticket. That we can attempt to lock in our selections. I will let you know how that goes.
