Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort welcomed its newest dining location yesterday, June 10. This is ahead of the opening of the resort’s Gran Destino Tower on July 9, and several new dining locations in the tower.

Three Bridges Bar and Grill is situated on Villa del Lago, the resort’s lake, and is accessible by, you guessed it, three bridges!
First up, let’s take a look at the resort’s map to help find this new location, as well as the upcoming tower. You can also see where the soon-to-open Gran Destino Tower is in relation to the rest of the resort as well.

The Disney website describes Villa del Lago as “a mirage-like ‘island’ of one-story buildings”. Within one of those buildings is Three Bridges Bar and Grill. There are two additional areas on the island, The Palm Court and The Art Garden Court, that can accommodate groups of up to 40 and 50 guests. These areas will likely be popular with private groups and convention guests at the resort.
As you enter Three Bridges you will see it is an open-air location with a variety of seating options, and for cooler nights fire-pit style fireplaces will be lit.

For seating options you can select some armchair-style seats, patio/bistro style seats, or bar stools at the bar or looking out on the lake.

Once seated you will receive the menu and table settings. We suspect the coasters may become popular souvenirs. The menu offers Sangria, Specialty Cocktails, Beer, Wine, Hot and Cold Beverages, and Food options. The food options are shareable (or not) appetizers, starters, soup, salad, and entrees.

As always, the fun is in the details with Disney. Be sure to take some time to walk around here and appreciate the art on the walls. You may even find some of your favorite Disney characters in that art!

We are looking forward to trying Three Bridges out soon and will be sure to share our photos and reviews with you!
While we were at Coronado Springs, we checked on Gran Destino Tower. Looks good! Gran Destino Tower opens on July 9, 2019. We’ll be at the grand opening. Be sure to follow us to see inside Disney’s newest location as soon as it opens!
