Disney World Testing New Guest Experience Team in Magic Kingdom

Whether it’s your first trip to Disney World or your 100th, we’re sure there has been a time you wished there was someone who could help with FastPasses, reservations, wait times,  and more. On December 16, Disney launched a Guest Experience Team across the Magic Kingdom to provide that sort of help on a test basis.

Cinderella Castle Hub Guest Experience Team Station

We spotted this team in two locations in the park this week. The team will be stationed in four areas, and members will also be seen roaming the park, from opening until 11 p.m. daily.

The Guest Experience Team is able to help with:

  • Booking, modifying, and recovering FastPass+ selections
  • Navigating and working with the My Disney Experience App
  • Activating or deactivating MagicBands
  • Providing recommendations for attractions or dining
  • Viewing attraction wait times
  • Navigating the park
  • and more!

You’ll be able to identify Guest Experience Team members by their blue shirts bearing the Team logo.

We spotted the Team in the Hub at Cinderella Castle as well as near Stitch’s Great Escape in Tomorrowland. They will also be stationed near Enchanted Tales with Belle in Fanstasyland and near Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café in Frontierland.

The station in Tomorrowland had an electronic screen posting the latest wait times for attractions.

Tomorrowland Guest Experience Team Station

The test runs though mid-January.

  1. We had an encounter with one on our trip last week. She was fantastic! We were given a fast pass that we could use at any attraction the following day in the Magic Kingdom because Test Track kept breaking. When we woke up the next morning they were gone. She fixed them for us and even walked us to the ride we wanted. The ride was down so she gave us an extra fast pass to see Mickey Mouse because that is what my son wanted to do. So kind and helpful. I hope they keep this team. It was nice to be able to talk to somebody about a problem withour having to go and stand in line at customer service!

  2. I I had an encounter with Brad from the team after the afternoon parade at MK on 12/19. I was walking behind him as he was clearing my way. He turned around and was going to move so I could pass but I said he was making my way for me. He asked where I was going and I said to get my first ever dole whip. He said I was going the long way and walked me to the counter. As we walked we talked about the different selections and he told me his favorite. Once we arrived he asked my name and gave me a coupon so that Mickey would buy my first dole whip. It reminded me of an old customer service program they used to do. It was great to see some extra magic back in the parks. I hope they continue this service.

  3. I hope they continue this service. Travelling with 14 in March and making Fast Pass reservations is very difficult since everyone doesn’t want to do the same things. This would be a great help.
