Price Updates for Disney Cruise Line Announced

If you’re setting sail on a Disney Cruise soon, you’ll need to be aware of some recent price updates at dining locations, as well as for Castaway Cay massages and ground transfers.

Disney Wonder

The dining price increases for dining options at Palo and Remy,  while the price decreases for Castaway Cay Cabana Massage options on all four ships the Disney Wonder, Disney Magic, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Dream went into effect December 14.

The ground transfer price updates (including some decreases!) also went into effect on December 14 for sailings out of Port Canaveral, Florida;  Civitavecchia, Italy; and Copenhagen, Denmark.

Please Note:

  • Any dining reservations made prior to December 14 will be honored at the previous price.
  • The massages will be charged the new, lower rate regardless of reservation date.
  • For transfers in Port Canaveral, all reservations with an effective date of December 14, 2018 and beyond will have the updated transfer cost reflected on the reservation. For reservations with an Effective Date prior to December 14, 2018, the transfers will be priced at the current rate. Guests who are added to a reservation on or after December 14, 2018 will be charged the new price.
  • For Copenhagen and Civitavecchia, any existing reservations will be adjusted to the new price. An email will be generated to any applicable reservations to advise of the pricing decrease.

Disney Cruise Line Dining Price Increases

Palo

  • Dinner: Now $40; for reservations made prior to December 14 the $30 price will be honored.
  • Champagne Brunch: Now $40; for reservations made prior to December 14 the $30 price will be honored.

Remy

  • Dinner: Now $125; for reservations made prior to December 14 the $95 price will be honored.
  • Champagne Brunch: Now $75; for reservations made prior to December 14 the $60 price will be honored.

Disney Cruise Line Castaway Cay Massage Price Decreases

  • Cabana Swedish Massage: Now $118, formerly $147.
  • Cabana Couples Swedish Massage: Now $220, formerly $294.

Disney Cruise Line Transfer Price Updates

Port Canaveral

For transfers to/from:

  • Airport to Port
  • Port to Airport
  • Resort to Port
  • Port to Resort

Now $39 per person, previously $35 per person.

Civitavecchia

For transfers to/from:

  • Airport to Port
  • Port to Airport
  • Airport to Resort
  • Resort to Port
  • Port to Resort
  • Resort to Airport

Now $55 per person, previously $70 per person.

Copenhagen

For transfers to/from:

  • Airport to Port
  • Port to Airport
  • Airport to Resort
  • Resort to Airport

Now $35 per person, previously $40 per person.

For transfers to/from:

  • Resort to Port
  • Port to Resort

Now $20 per person, previously $40 per person.

    1. We were on board the Dream in March when “A Wrinkle in Time” premiered. They offered midnight showings of it in both theaters on that Thursday night (actually 12:01am, so it was officially Friday, I guess). We shared our dinner seating with another family who had been on a LOT of Disney cruises and their experience was that if a Disney movie was premiering while a cruise was at sea, they offered it on the ship. However they didn’t announce it until that day, as it’s a “special surprise”
