We ate here on Feb. 1 2013. I would not return for dinner. Don't get me wrong we always go for breakfast so we decided to try dinner. I will not do it again. The only thing I really enjoyed was the kids mac and cheese. There were other things that I ate but I was not impressed at all. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and all of us said it was ok but we would not go back!

Pros:

kids mac and cheese

Cons:

food

We had a horrible experience here in October for dinner. We came early for our ADR and we were told they would take us in 10 minutes. Instead we waited over 40, my toddler had a huge meltdown and they took another party of 3 with a later ADR before us. They did a horrific job of marking what options contained meat and with my shrieking toddler, I didn't have time to ask the cook. I ended up accidentally eating some pork which caused me to wake up that evening to vomit. I will never go back to this restaurant again!

Pros:

Winnie and Tigger

Cons:

The cast members and the food

We ended up here b/c we had one more meal's worth of table services left b4 the end of our trip. We booked dinner, gave our card, and thought we would be good to go. I thought this was a good place to eat. Then I read the reviews and my heart sunk. Since we were less than 24 hours out, if we canceled, we would be charged a fee. So, we decided to go w/it but didn't expect much. We are so glad we kept those ADR's!!!! This place was GREAT! I don't know where all those bad reviews have come from. Our server was fantastic, the food was always fresh, hot, and available. Lots of choices and lots of flavor. Nothing too spicey, nothing too tough. Just really really good food. We must have gotten lucky on this one lol! All of the characters came by but my kids weren't really into them. They did do a conga line thru w/the kids and everyone enjoyed that. Hubby and I would probably come back even w/o the kids!

Pros:

variety, character interaction, service, speed

Cons:

nothing really

We ate Christmas lunch at the Crystal Palace. We got our table at the reserved time and the service was OK. Although it was Christmas, there was no turkey/stuffing/cranberry sauce and no pumpkin pie. The carved flank steak was tough and should have been roast beef or other better cut of steak. The carved ham was very fatty. There were no peel-em shrimp (but when we complained the waiter brought us some). There were chicken nuggets on the adult buffet (really!?). On the other hand, on the children's buffet was spaghettti and meatballs so spicey we adults could not eat it. But desserts are always good at Disney, right? The "yule log" cake was filled with mocha icing--awful. The sugar cookies were flavorless. There was no sauce for the apple cobbler despite a sign saying there was. The lime pie squares were OK. The softserve seemed very "icey" instead of creamy. Knowing from past Disney buffets that you can always get a chocolate cup filled with something sweet, I grabbed a little chocolate cup topped by a berry. Unfortunately the cup turned out to be a flavorless graham-cracker type cup--not real chocolate. This is one more decline in Disney quality (add to that no more printed napkins, which disappeared last May or so) while prices continue to rise.

Pros:

Lots of Characters

Cons:

poor food selection
