We ate here the week of December 15, and it did not live up to expectations. We arrived about 15 minutes before they opened and got in line. I'm glad that I read ahead of time about how long the line can get- by the time the restaurant opened at 10:30, the line was almost to Gaston's Tavern!
I loved the touchscreen ordering. It was very quick to figure out, at least with the dining plan. We wanted to sit in the West Wing, but it ended up being way too dark for us to be able to safely feed an 11-month-old. So, we ended up in the ballroom, next to one of the windows. The ballroom is pretty and the chairs have got to be the comfiest in WDW, just don't look too long or too close at the decor. It ends up looking cheap.
The food was the biggest disappointment. Was I expecting a croque monsieur like you'd get at a Parisian cafe? Absolutely not. But come on, don't try to pass off a grilled ham and cheese sandwich and the same half-cooked fries you get all over WDW as a croque monsieur and pomme frites. The sandwich was thin and greasy, and I could not find the bechamel for the life of me... although strangely enough I could feel it when I chewed. It was a very strange sensation.
My wife had the roast beef sandwich which was fine. Pretty much your standard roast beef sandwich with horseradish. The desserts were fantastic, though. We had the Master's cupcake and the passion fruit cream puff.
Maybe it was the cavernous room, or the basic food, but it felt like a prettied-up cafeteria. I'd go back only because there are only a few really good counter service options in the Magic Kingdom.

This was a must do for my party of 6. The line was long but they gave us menus and we knew exactly what we wanted when we got in. I also had time to take a ton od pictures! Beasts Castle!!! What's not to like? I was nervous about the self service machine so they had a real person help me, yay! I used a snack credit for the potato leek soup and another one for Ds 9 to get a cupcake like the rest of my party. Why they insist on not letting children have a real dessert for their meals at cs places is a mystery to me. We all got Braised Pork. It was incredible! The soup was as well. The Masters cupcake had the "grey stuff" and the 3 of us who got it loved it! One of got the triple chocolate cupcake and loved it. And 2 of us got the strswberry cupcake, yum!

We ate here for lunch on Sept 30 and Oct 1, 2013. In my opinion this is a must for a Magic Kingdom visit.
Having read reviews before our visit we knew the line can get lengthy. So my husband got into line at about 10:45 and the rest of us visited Cinderellla. We joined my husband in line and the total wait time was about 30 minutes. The staff handed out menus and umbrellas. You do wait in the sun so the umbrellas are very nice.
Once inside husband ordered for all of us and we headed in to find seats. It is beautiful. The first day was ate in the music room. I recommend this as it is quieter.
My husband had the Braised Pork, I had the carved prime chuck roast beef sandwich, and my parents had the carved turkey sandwich. Everything was great. Also a we really liked the self service station for drinks.
For dessert we had the passion fruit cream puff, chocolate cream puff, strawberry cupcake and chocolate cupcake. We also switched to coffee for our drinks with dessert.
We enjoyed our meal here so much we came back again the next day. Our wait here the second day was only about 20 minutes even though it was noon. Nice added touch the second day was that they had water for guests waiting in line.
Our second day we sat in the main ballroom next to one of the windows. It was awesome watching the snow fall while we ate. Our 2 year old loved it.
On our second visit my husband and I split the carved turkey sandwich and my parent split the vegetable quiche. My parents said that the quiche and salad was great and would get it again.
I will say that you get a lot of food here. You can easily split a meal here, especially if you have dinner plans for later in the day.
If you are visiting Magic Kingdom then a quick service meal here is a must.

We have had lunch twice at Be Our Guest, once last November when it first opened, and once on 11/2/13. Both times were wonderful! The food was delicious, all 4 of us had different things and we all loved it. AMAZING atmosphere and food, hands down the best value in the World! We also had no trouble getting in, we went at about 1:30-2:00 on a Saturday and only waited about 15 minutes. I will be dreaming of that ham & cheese sandwich and can't wait to go back! We also had dinner there in May 2013, but think lunch is the better value.

We did not have FP's but quickly learned if you line up by 10am you will get in. Lines were soooo long. However they CM's realize this and try to do the best they can. We were able to get in and quickly ordered, paid and sat down. Food was good, honestly the best cup of coffee we had our entire stay. The place is enormous and must be quite loud when full but it was spotlessly clean, and looked exactly like some of the movie scenes. I can see where this is going to become a must do for the Beauty and the Beast film fans. We weren't too hungry as it was early but my son said french fries were good!

You have to go to this restaurant just to tour the beast's castle! It is gorgeous! I wasn't too thrilled with my quiche, but the salad was good and that is just my personal preference. I'm not the biggest fan of eggs and I wish they would have mixed the addins thruout instead of just a layer on top. I finished my daughter's roast sandwich and that was really good. I will get a sandwich next time. The desserts were delicious and beautiful. I will definitely go back just to enjoy the scenery and take more pictures. The pictures on the walls of one of the dining rooms of beauty and the beast are worth the wait in line. It is like an attraction in itself.

We were lucky enough to get a fast pass for here on Oct 2. We checked in and were ordering within 5 minutes. My husband and I both had the roast beef sandwich with fries. They were fantastic. For desert I had the Masters Cupcake and he had the strawberry one. I loved that you could refill your drink. The delivery if the food was quick. Within 2 minutes of us getting settled at a table, we had our food. The atmosphere is just gorgeous.

We were lucky enough to be part of Be Our Guest Fast Pass + testing, so we had the luxury of checking in at noon and getting right in. Seriously, just walked down the bridge past the massive line, had a CM waiting for us with our order info, paid for the food I pre-ordered online with my Magic Band, and was sent in to find a table. They checked on our ticket pretty quickly and had our food on the table in just a few minutes. We had the croquet monsieur and the carved chicken sandwich...and it was all really tasty. We were also lucky enough to find a table in the West Wing. I don't know if I'd wait on that long line for it, but I'd definitely do it again if I had a Fast Pass for it. We also preferred this to the dinner we had there during the preview last year.

My wife's favorite meal of the trip including the table services. I had the beef sandwich with fries and it was great, plenty of food. Wife loved her pork. Daughters loved the ham sandwich and our sons also enjoyed the beef sandwich. All our desserts were great too. Will definitely do this again.

Wife and I shared the roast beef sandwich....beef was tender on a roll that had just the right amount of "crunch". The veggies that came with it were tender and done just right...better than most sit down places (green beans, haricort vert, whatever you like to call them)....tasted very fresh. Wife liked the Strawberry cupcake...a little sweet for my taste but if we all liked the same thing....
