It’s the most wonderful time of the year in Disney California Adventure, because it’s Food & Wine Festival season! This year, you can catch it from March 6th to April 27th.
From demonstrations to live entertainment to some of the best food you’ve ever eaten at a Disney theme park, this fest has it ALL. It can be overwhelming to decide what to try, but that’s why we’ve rounded up a massive review including everything we tried in 2026! There’s good, there’s bad — so keep reading to see what’s for you!
California Craft Brews — 2.5/5

This year, the booth has the Chicharrón Nachos for $9.00. This dish comes in a cup and is made up of Chicharrón, chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes, and salsa verde. The nachos get super soggy if you don’t eat them fast! The chicharróns don’t have much flavor on their own, with all of the flavor coming from the meat. The meat has tons of seasoning, with a long-lasting kick. The meat is very ground up and easy to eat. The nacho cheese and the tomatos, even though they both don’t add much flavor. It maybe could’ve used a little more tomato and onion, but it was good overall.

The Tropical Chamoy Michelada is new this year. For $21.00, tomato juice, chamoy, and passion fruit purée are served with Bottle Logic Explorando, and it’s finished with a Tajín Clásico rim. This drink was so heavily tomato juice-flavored. You don’t get too much of the lager, but you do get a little bit of lager for the aftertaste. The lime gives the drink a little bit of zest. Overall, it’s just mostly dominated by the tomato juice, so it’s more of an acquired taste of beer.

The California Punch returns from its debut last year for $9.00. This non-alcoholic drink mixes mango purée, guava nectar, cucumber syrup, and lemon juice. It’s garnished with a mango chile lollipop!

Mango Guava Cocktail also returned, and is available for $18.00. It’s basically vodka added to the California Punch, and is garnished with a rainbow sour belt gummy.

Finally, the California Beer Flight costs $18.50. It’s comprised of Bottle Logic Brewing’s Explorando Mexican lager, Trademark Brewing’s Codebreaker IPA, Russian River Brewing Company’s Blind Pig IPA, and a seltzer: LA Bodega Brewing Company’s La Fresa. Each can be enjoyed individually for $17.00, with the exception of Trademark Brewing’s Codebreaker IPA, which costs $18.50.
Cluck a Doodle Moo — 3.5/5
The Asa’DOS is back this year for $10.00! It features grilled skirt steak, chipotle chicken, Spanish rice, and salsa verde, and this dish is bringing the heat! The salsa verde is especially hot, and the chicken has some spice to it, too, so you’ll want to be sure you’re prepared. The rice was cooked to perfection and was very well seasoned, but unfortunately, what really brought this dish down was that the skirt steak was VERY dry and chewy, though it was well-seasoned. Even when we put it all together in a taco, it was so obvious that it brought down the rest of the dish. Perhaps we got a bad batch, but we probably wouldn’t get it again this year.

To drink, we grabbed the Hot Honey White Sangria, brought to you by National Geographic for $19, which is sauvignon blanc, gin, hot honey syrup, grapefruit juice, and sweet and sour. It’s garnished with sliced jalapeños. As you can tell by the ingredients, this is also spicy, but in the best way! While we couldn’t taste the sauvignon blanc particularly, the gin and grapefruit flavors came through very strongly, and you’ve really gotta like a strong drink to be a fan of this one.

Also available is the Dopest Hazy IPA by Crowns & Hops Brewing Co. for $18.50.
Garlic Kissed — 3/5
The Sirloin Gruyère Mac & Cheese is back for $9.50, but it’s changed from last year (and we loved it then). It’s topped with black garlic chimichurri and garlic butter crunch and is garnished with Fresno chile slices. First off, the steak was a tad bit too chewy, and the overall dish was very salty. It also had way more of the chimichurri on it last year as compared to this year, which is disappointing. It’s creamy, but we just needed it to be more. We would also love more of the chile slices, which give it a nice kick.

The Cuties Mandarin Orange & Blackberry Punch for $8.50 is new this year. It’s made with house-made Cuties Mandarin orange purée, blackberry and strawberry purées, blackberry syrup, Simply Fruit Punch, and grapefruit juice. It’s very orange-forward, as far as flavor goes, and we didn’t mind that, although we would’ve liked to have tasted more of the other flavors. It’s very refreshing, too.

The Bourbon Peach Tea Lemonade is also new this year. For $18, you get a cocktail with Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. Ceylon Black Tea-infused bourbon, peach purée, Simply Lemonade, and Simply Fruit Punch. We thought this was also a really refreshing drink, although the main flavor you get is peach. We really couldn’t taste the other ingredients, which is a shame. The peach ring is cute, but it hardens when sitting in all that ice.

Golden Dreams — 4/5

First, we had the Musubi Fried Rice brought to you by Disney Vacation Club. It was inspired by Disney’s AULANI Resort in Hawai’i. It costs $8.75 and features steamed rice with egg, glazed spiced ham, umami mayo, and furikake. This was one of our favorites from last year, and we’re so glad it’s back. It was super savory and salty, and the portion felt more like a whole lunch versus just a quick snack.

We also had the Cherry Cobbler Pot de Creme for $8, which is a plant-based dessert made with vanilla custard, cherry filling, and oat crumble. We think those who are obsessed with cherry pie or cherry cobbler will definitely need to try this. It’s super tart, and might be too tart for some, but the tartness from the cherries really packed a punch.

To round off the booth, we also had the Tiki Spritz made with dark rum, Italian aperitif, pineapple juice, guava nectar, guava syrup, and sweet and sour. It’s also topped with Sprite and garnished with a pineapple wedge. It costs $18 and was SO good. The rum flavor really came through, and it was a strong drink. We could taste the pineapple and guava in it, and it was totally tropical.

LA Style — 4/5

First, we grabbed the only returning item on this menu, which is the Junior LA Street Dog for $8.50! This spin on a hot dog is served with jalapeño mayo, pepper and onion relish, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon, and crispy onions. We can see why this is a returning favorite! The bun was nice and fresh, the hot dog itself tasted great, and we appreciated that it wasn’t too heavy. Our only complaint here is that there were so many bell peppers it masked the other flavors, such as the bacon and spicy mayo.

The new eat at the booth this year is the Carbonara Pizzetta for $8.00. It’s made with White sauce, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon, and a black pepper drizzle! While the garlic and parmesan both come through the most when it comes to flavor, we do feel like it’s well-balanced overall. We could have used a little bit more bacon, but we appreciated that the dough itself wasn’t too thick. We’d totally get it again!

When it comes to drinks, both of them are new at this booth! The first one we tried was the Cherry Cola Cold Brew for $7.50. This is made with Joffrey’s Coffee 70th Anniversary Blend, oat milk, and vanilla crème and cherry syrups, topped with a cherry cola cold foam and a maraschino cherry. We definitely recommend stirring this one up with a straw before drinking, because otherwise the flavors aren’t very balanced. The cold foam on top is very thick, but once you mix it in with the rest, it’s easier to drink. The main flavor here is the cherry cola, as the coffee flavor only comes in on the backend, so if you were looking for a stronger coffee flavor, this may not be the right fit for you!

Finally, we grabbed the Seaborn Strawberry Lemonade Margarita for $18.25. Strawberry is certainly the main flavor here, and the alcohol and lemonade flavors really take a backseat. We didn’t mind that at all, but if you want that lemonade flavor to be a bit more balanced, or you prefer to taste the alcohol in your drinks a little more, that is something to keep in mind here.

Mercado de Antojo — 2/5

The Torta Ahogada for $9.25 is new this year, and made with braised pork carnitas, frijoles charros, pickled onion, and salsa. It was very soggy, which we didn’t really like. A lot of the flavor comes from the tomato sauce, although the pickled onion adds a nice tanginess. The chicken is seasoned well and tender, but it’s not enough to make this something we’d order again.

Last year, we really liked the Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake for $8.25, made with Café de Olla-infused tres leches topped with piloncillo, chantilly, cinnamon, and a Mickey-shaped cookie. The flavors are well-balanced, and the coffee flavor is very mild, so it’s not overwhelming. The cookie gives it a nice extra crunch and makes for a nice presentation.

The drinks here include the Brown Soul Brewing Co., Quiero Maiz for $18.50, but we picked up the Paloma Flight for $19.75. We’ll warn you now, the Black Cherry Paloma tastes a lot like cough syrup, and we weren’t big fans of it. The Blood Orange Paloma was tasty, but tasted more like grapefruit than orange. However, we did think it was refreshing. We didn’t get a lot of flavor from the Cantarito-Style Paloma, although there was a hint of lime and a lot of spice.

Peppers Cali-Ente — 4/5
First, we tried the Tajin Habanero Seasoned Wings for $9.50. These were very spicy. It’s absolutely coated in Tajin and lime! These wings were soft and tender with a great bite. We also got a great amount of both flats and drums, plus the portion size was large and shareable.

Next was the Ramen Mac & Cheese for $9.25. This was very unique! The mac and cheese is made with a creamy and soft sharp cheddar – it melted in our mouths! It’s topped with two small fishcakes that we weren’t in love with, but the chili crunch was amazing. It brought a nice spiciness that complemented the cheddar.

To finish, we sipped on Strawberry Guava Lemonade for $8.50. This was very refreshing. It’s very guava forward with not as much strawberry as we were expecting. The lemonade was very tart and paired well with the sweet vanilla cream on top.

Uncork California — 4/5
We were super excited about the return of the Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces for $9. We loved this treat last year, and we’re happy to report that it’s just as good this year, too. It’s delicious, and we love the Snickers filling and peanuts on top. Warning: it will melt, so eat it fast.

We also grabbed the Mimosa Flight for $22.50, which includes the Blue Raspberry Pineapple Mimosa, made with sparkling wine, blue raspberry syrup, and pineapple juice. Remember those red, white, and blue popsicles you loved as a kid? That’s what it tastes like. It’s very sweet and fruity.

The flight also has the Strawberry Punch Mimosa made with sparkling wine, strawberry purée, and Simply Fruit Punch. This was our favorite of the three in the flight. The flavor is that of sweet, fresh strawberries. It’s a perfectly refreshing drink for a warm day in EPCOT.
The Mango Melon Mimosa is made with sparkling wine, mango purée, and rock melon syrup, and tastes more wine-forward than the other three mimosas. It reminded us of a sweet dessert wine. You can get each individual mimosa for $21.50.
You can also get a Red Wine Flight for $23, which comes with Famille Perrin Côtes du Rhône Reserve Rosé, Nielson Pinot Noir, and Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin De Tablas Rouge. Then there’s the White Wine Flight for $23, which includes Kendall Jackson Chenin Blanc, La Crema Chardonnay, and Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin De Tablas Blanc.

Paradise Garden Grill — 5/5

We grabbed the Pork Chile Verde Chalupas for $14.99 here, which are two chalupas filled with pork in salsa verde, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco served with Spanish rice and refried beans topped with queso fresco. These were FANTASTIC! Talk about an explosion of flavor, without being too overwhelming. The seasoning on the pork was wonderful, though it does have a kick, so beware of that, and we couldn’t get enough of how much we loved the soft and chewy taco shell. The vegetables on top added a bit of cooling effect to some of the spice, though, and altogether, we can’t recommend it enough.

Also available is the Aguachile Loaded Chips for $13.49, which are zesty chips topped with lime-cooked shrimp, fresh cucumbers, and red onion with aguachile salsa. These were also delicious, especially since the seasoning was coated evenly on all of the chips. The aguachile had so many different layers of flavor to it, without being overwhelming, which was very impressive – the chili powder gives it a spice that’s slightly toned down by the salsa verde, onions, and cucumber. We weren’t sure how we’d feel about the shrimp on top, but they added another flavor without being too briny. We certainly say these are a winner as well!

Schmoozies! — 3.5/5
Available only at Schmoozies! are the Mickey-shaped Banana-Hazelnut Waffles for $11.29. These waffles are truly filled with a chocolate hazelnut filling, very similar to Nutella, and there’s no shortage of it at all. The banana whipped cream on the outside does have an artificial taste to it, but it didn’t bother us too much. However, we do think the flavors would have been more balanced if the banana filling were on the inside and the chocolate hazelnut were drizzled on the outside. Overall, it’s a solid snack! Not our favorite, but tasty!

Aunt Cass Cafe — 3.5/5

The Burrata Toast is $8.49, and is Toasted Boudin sourdough, onion jam, lemon burrata, marinated cherry tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic glaze. We were so happy to see this back this year, because these flavors are just incredible. Our toast was a tiny bit burnt, but the toppings softened it enough to make it easy to cut into. We don’t think this is one to share, one because it’s so good, and two because of its size, but we think everyone in your party will want one!

You can also grab the new Banana Caramel Bread Pudding for $8.49, which is Banana pudding with caramelized butter sauce, whipped topping, and crushed vanilla wafers. We really wanted to love this one, and while we did upon first bite, thanks to how ooey, gooey, and warm it was, the aftertaste is a little too artificial for us. If that’s not something that will bug you, we say it’s worth a try, but it threw us off a bit.

Finally, from the Boudin Bread Cart right outside of Aunt Cass Café, you can grab the Bunch of Grapes Pull-apart Bread for $12.49, which is Boudin sourdough pull-apart bread.

Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta — 4/5

New this year is the Chicken Spinach Artichoke Dip Pizza for $9.49 (available as a slice or as a whole pie), which is Herb roasted chicken with spinach artichoke creamy cheese sauce. Garlic is certainly the MAIN flavor here, so as long as you like garlic, you’ll be in great shape. The artichoke pieces were a tad bit too large for our liking, but the pizza itself was cooked so well that it all fell apart in our mouths, making those larger pieces easier to handle.

This is pretty heavy, so keep that in mind, and since the slices are large, we think sharing may be a good idea!
Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream — 4/5

Frozen banana lovers, it’s your time to shine! The Frozen Banoffee Banana is available for $7.99, which is a Milk chocolate-dipped frozen banana with toffee pieces, caramel sauce, and white chocolate drizzle. We loved that it was clear from the taste that the banana had been freshly dipped, as the treat fell apart in the best way when we bit into it. The flavor from the nuts doesn’t come through too much, so the main flavor is the banana and chocolate.

We were big fans of it, but you’ve really gotta love those two flavors!
Pym Test Kitchen — 4/5
You’ll find the Spinach and Artichoke Grilled Cheese for $14.99 here, and you’ve really got to love spinach and artichoke to enjoy this one! The Parmesan-crusted bread gives the sandwich a great crunch, and we love the cheese pull, but this is HEAVY. We recommend saving this for a day that’s not too hot, and don’t plan on getting on any crazy rides right after. The tater tots that come with it were seasoned with a garlic salt that we enjoyed, but we do recommend dipping them in a sauce to help balance it a bit more.

Cappuccino Cart — 3/5
Here you can grab the Ube Latte with Matcha Foam for $7.75, and this is probably the most earthy drink Disneyland Resort has ever offered.

The ube flavor really takes over, even when the matcha flavor is all mixed in, so you’ve really got to like both ube and matcha to enjoy this one. The flavors do go well together, but you won’t have a lot of sweetness here, if that’s what you’re looking for.
Award Wieners — 5/5
The Chili Relleno Torta is available here for $15.99, and is made with Chili Relleno, Refried Beans, Salsa Roja, Lettice, Cotija Cheese, Sour Cream, and Guacamole on Toasted Telera Bread and served with Fries.

This is messy and massive, but it’s incredible! The Chili Relleno was cooked to perfection, but not spicy at all, and our only complaint was that the lettuce was soggier than we would have liked. Otherwise, we loved how all the flavors meshed, and how much food you got for the price, so we highly recommend.

Cozy Cone Motel 5 – Popcone — 5/5
Finally, the Green Pozole is available here for $8.49. This is Traditional Mexican Stew with Chicken and Hominy, served with chips.

This totally surpassed our expectations, partly due to the slight heat and great tang it had. The both is rich in flavor and spices, and there was a great amount of both chicken and hominy. The portion is a bit small, but that doesn’t take away from the deliciousness of it for us.
