Magic Kingdom is changing. The castle is getting a new look, two new lands are under construction, and now a showtime shakeup could affect your next trip!

Magic Kingdom‘s parade and show schedules are changing in March. Here’s what you need to know if you’re headed to Disney World this spring!
The Festival of Fantasy parade typically only runs once a day at 3 PM. Starting March 15th, there will now be two showings! The new showing will be at 12 PM and the second will be at 3 PM. The Festival of Fantasy parade stars Mickey and Minnie with all of your favorite Disney characters celebrating the tales of Fantasyland.

The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade will shift to later in the day. While it’s typically only in the mornings, the performances will be at 5:10 and 6:25 PM starting on March 15th. You can follow characters from Coco and Encanto through the park!

Disney Starlight: Dream The Night Away will also be changing its showtimes. They currently have a 7:45 PM showing with an additional 10 PM showing on Fridays and Saturdays. Starting on Sunday, March 8th, the parade will be held at 8:15 every night, and the additional showing will now be at 10:30 generally on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (but you may find additional showings on other days as well, so be sure to look at the calendar carefully for your trip dates). The night parade follows characters from Encanto, Frozen, Peter Pan, and more as they wish upon a star!

Another changing showtime is the fireworks show Happily Ever After. The current showtime is at 9 PM. Starting on March 8th, the show will now be pushed back to 9:30 PM.

Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire will remain with showings at 1:00 PM, 2:05 PM, and 4:00 PM. The show in front of Cinderella Castle lets you join Mickey and friends in a musical extravaganza!

The Let The Magic Begin welcome ceremony will remain closed due to castle repainting. The show would bring out all of your favorite characters to welcome you into the park at opening. This show will likely remain closed until the painting is finished.
