The Pixar Place Hotel opened in its current form in 2024. The building dates back to 1984, when it opened as the Pan Pacific Hotel Anaheim. Disney purchased the hotel in December 1995 and initially renamed it the Disneyland Pacific Hotel, before it was re-branded as Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel in the early 2000s.
