Why Everyone is Booking a Trip to Disneyland on This Random Day in April

The dates for different events at Disneyland in 2026 keep rolling out, and we LOVE it!

Recently, Disneyland Resort announced the dates for all its big events happening at the parks in 2026. Another date is being added to that long list of 2026 events, and we’re super excited for this one!

It’s official, TikiLand Day is coming back to Disneyland on April 26th, 2026. It’s a fun day for fans to dress up in fun costumes, do a scavenger hunt with some cute prizes, take some pictures, and more! You will need admission into the park, but other than that, the event is FREE!

DOLE Whip

This will now be the sixth TikiLand Day event, as this new Disneyland tradition started in 2019. It’s going to be a packed day at the park for this event — take a look at the full itinerary posted by @tikilandday on Instagram!

Reservations for that day at Disneyland won’t be open for Magic Key Holders until January 26th, 2026. If you need to purchase a regular Disneyland ticket, tickets and park pass reservations are currently available. You may want to grab them sooner rather than later, just so you don’t miss out!

If you want to join the event, you do need to sign up prior. Make sure to text the code TIKILANDDAY to 833-340-0035 to sign up for the event. You’ll also receive all communication and activities involved in the event from this number.

Just so you’re aware, this event isn’t hosted by Disney, despite taking place inside Disneyland. According to the event’s website, TikiLand Day is a “celebration to explore tiki through the eyes of our many Tiki artists, makers, and vendors who have participated in our TikiLand Trading Co. events, our TikiLand Live video series, as well as the vibrant tiki community.”
