As a Value resort, guests can find some of the lowest-priced rooms along with several Disney hotel perks. Anyone staying here can enjoy Early Theme Park Entry at the parks. This gives you an extra 30 minutes inside the parks before they officially open.

The theming make[s] you feel like you have never left the park! Landscape of Flavors is so good, and the artwork there is so neat to see. Love the music in the restaurant, too. The pools are fun with the cones at the Cars pool and the ambiance of The Little Mermaid pool.”

Many parents of small kids find themselves booking Art of Animation simply because of the theming. The larger-than-life movie references are adored by kids (and adults) who love the characters such as Lightning McQueen, Mater, and Ariel. It’s like being in Cars Land, Lion King Land, The Little Mermaid Land, and more without being in a park.

Might as well go all in on the Disney theming while they’re little and love it so much! There’s always time for the “fancier” hotels when they’re older.

Another perk of staying at Art of Animation that many people enjoy is the Skyliner access! The Disney Skyliner has a station right between Art of Animation and Disney’s Pop Century Resort. This Skyliner will take you directly to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, along with other Disney hotels. It’s a fast and efficient way to get to these two parks!

Art of Animation may not be on the same level as a Deluxe resort, but it is an affordable, fun, and convenient option, especially for parents of little kiddos! It’s a hotel we enjoy staying at and will always talk about.
