Getting into EPCOT’s newest lounge is already turning into a full-blown Disney-level challenge.

GEO-82, the brand-new adults-only lounge opening inside Spaceship Earth, doesn’t open until June 4th, but guests have already been scrambling to snag a reservation since they went live on May 6th. If you’ve tried—and failed—to get one, you’re definitely not the only one frustrated. Let’s talk about what GEO-82 is, what it offers, and most importantly, what you can do to actually score a reservation.
So What Is GEO-82?
GEO-82 is a totally reimagined space tucked inside the iconic Spaceship Earth at EPCOT. Disney is calling it a celebration of the “stories, shapes, and enduring legacy” of the attraction, and the aesthetic is giving rich textures, warm metallics, and “mysterious and elegant intimacy.” Translation: it’s moody, glam, and definitely not for kids—literally. This is one of the only adults-only lounges at Walt Disney World.

It opens officially on June 4th, but reservations went live on May 6th — and they’ve been filling up FAST. Like, you refresh on the minute and still get nothing fast. And while the regular lounge is already a tough grab, there’s an even more exclusive experience inside the space that’s adding to the demand.
Meet the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience
If you thought a regular table was hard to get, the premium fireworks package is a whole other level.

Part of Disney’s Enchanting Extras Collection, the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience lets you watch Luminous: The Symphony of Us from one of the lounge’s window-side tables. It’s indoors, fully air-conditioned (bless), and comes with Champagne poured tableside, a curated tasting tower of savory and sweet bites, and exclusive cocktails. Honestly? It’s bougie in the best way.

But all that luxury comes with a price: $179 per person. Yep, it’s more expensive than most Magic Kingdom dessert parties, but to be fair, this one is indoors, adults-only, and actually looks and feels like a high-end evening out.
Let’s Talk Menu
Now for the part we’re all secretly here for—the food and drinks.

Disney just dropped the full menu, and it’s serving up small plates and drinks that are, well, not your average park fare. We’re talking:
Bites include:
- Cannellini Hummus with Fresno peppers and pappadam (plant-based)
- Funghi Flatbread with roasted mushrooms, black garlic molasses, and miso-mascarpone
- Jumbo Lump Crab Gâteau topped with caviar
- Truffled Ahi Tuna with soy-truffle ponzu
- A chef’s selection of charcuterie and cheeses

Cocktails are where things really go off the rails — in a good way. A few that caught our eye:
- Caramelized Leek Martini (yes, leek): Gin, vermouth, caramelized leek, and pickled onion
- Strawberry and Coconut ‘Right Hand’: A mix of rum, Campari, and strawberry-coconut flavors
- Brown Butter Old Fashioned: Bourbon, brown butter, maple, and chocolate bitters
- Banana Brûlée Highball: Whisky, banana, coffee, and bubbles
- Plus an Exclusive Disney Bourbon Flight with four hand-selected premium pours

And don’t worry if you’re skipping the alcohol — zero-proof options are here too, including:
- Manhattan in the Morning: Cold brew, cherry, maple, and non-alcoholic spirit
- A Walk Through the Garden: Basil, fennel, lemon, and botanical bitters
Wine lovers and beer fans haven’t been left out either. There are curated sparkling, rosé, red, and white wines, along with a few craft beers and non-alcoholic brews.

Prices? Not light. Featured cocktails are $23–$28, with that premium bourbon flight hitting $45. This is definitely a lounge meant for slow sipping and indulgence.
Why It’s So Hard to Get a Reservation (and What to Do About It)
With the hype, exclusivity, and one-of-a-kind setting, it’s no wonder reservations for GEO-82 are getting snapped up within minutes. But all is not lost. We’ve been through this rodeo before, and we’ve got some go-to strategies that actually work.
- Set Your Alarms for 60 Days Out, 6 AM ET: If you’re staying at a Disney resort, you can start booking 60 days before the first day of your trip (and for your entire stay). Reservations drop at 6 AM Eastern, but you should be logged in and ready by 5:30 AM—trust us, tech glitches happen.
- Use Multiple Devices and Private Browsers: Load up multiple incognito tabs on your laptop (logged into your My Disney Experience account), plus the app on your phone. Refresh constantly once you hit the top of the hour. If you’ve got a friend or family member who owes you a favor, now’s the time to call it in.
- Play With Your Party Size: Sometimes availability is locked out for parties of 2 or 6, but shows up for 3 or 4. Try different combinations, and if you land something, cast members will usually do their best to seat your full group together when you arrive.
- Book in Order of Importance: Forget doing this by date. Always book your must-haves FIRST—even if that means grabbing a GEO-82 reservation at the end of your trip and filling in the rest later.
- Keep Checking for Cancellations: This is a big one. Guests cancel all the time—sometimes even an hour or two before their meal. Make it a habit to check the app daily (especially early mornings and late evenings). We’ve seen some miracle last-minute reservations appear this way.
- Look Into Walk-Up Options: While GEO-82 is unlikely to offer true walk-ups (especially for the fireworks experience), never say never. Lounge-style venues sometimes release spots last minute. It never hurts to swing by and ask a cast member.
Final Thoughts
GEO-82 is shaping up to be one of EPCOT’s most exclusive dining experiences—and it hasn’t even opened yet. Between the adults-only vibe, luxe food and drinks, and that dreamy fireworks viewing, it’s no wonder this place is booking up like crazy.

If you haven’t been able to grab a reservation yet, don’t panic. With a little strategy and a lot of persistence, it’s still totally possible to land one, especially if you’re flexible and patient. And hey, even if you don’t score it on your first try, now you’ve got another solid reason to plan your next Disney trip.
