We found even more hidden Disney secrets!

We recently sailed aboard the brand new Disney Treasure cruise ship and we can’t stop talking about it! From the amazing restaurants to the new shows and the fun new lounges there is so much to see and do. We even hunted for a few secrets around the ship and a Disney movie director just confirmed another one.
When we got to check out the new Disney cruise ship, we were so excited we could barely sleep! We spent tons of time checking out all of the dining, shopping, and entertainment options but one thing we didn’t catch until now was inside the 1923 restaurant.

1923 is one of the rotation dining options aboard the Treasure and it is themed to classic Hollywood. The entire restaurant is an homage to Disney Animation with the name being a reference to the year the Disney Animation Studio opened.

There are two different sides to this restaurant, the Walt Disney side and the Roy Disney side, to represent the two brothers who made it all happen. The decor inside the restaurant is all themed to different animation styles and how Disney movies have changed throughout the years.

There are tons of different movies represented throughout the restaurant, and one guest just happened to sit next to some Winnie the Pooh art — and noticed a character she was unfamiliar with.

She noticed this tiny little bug with adorably large glasses and took to X (formerly Twitter), hoping someone online could help jog her memory on who this character was. Luckily for her, the co-director of the 2011 Winnie the Pooh movie chimed in. Stephen Anderson, the director, was quick to give a shout-out to Small, the bug in the artwork.
That bug is named Small. He is one of Rabbit’s friends and relations from the original A. A. Milne books. The artwork is for a deleted storyline from our 2011 Pooh movie where the gang goes in a search for Small, who’s gone missing

The director explained that Small, one of Rabbit’s friends, was in a deleted storyline from the 2011 movie where Winnie the Pooh and his friends have to go on a search for the missing bug.

Small was an original character from A.A. Milne’s books featuring Christopher Robin’s famous toys. Stephen Anderson even thanked the original X user for sharing the post writing, “It’s very cool to see this art out in the world.”

We thought it was so cool that this director helped confirm a secret Disney easter egg on board the Disney Treasure. Now we can obsess over another niche Disney character and we love it. Don’t forget to keep following AllEars.Net for more Disney secrets and details.

Very interesting. I don’t even remember him from the books.
