ALERT! A Snack Spot Has REOPENED in EPCOT

EPCOT has been undergoing a major transformation.

We’ve seen several new attractions open in the park — the entire front of the park was pretty much revamped with a new fountain. Spaceship Earth got new lighting, and a lot of structures got new color schemes. Well, one EPCOT snack spot has been closed for an update, but as of today, it’s open again.

The snack spot over by Connections Cafe & Eatery has been closed for a little while and has been under construction. As of October 13th, that snack spot has reopened.

A Cast Member confirmed that the menu is the same, and yes, you can get the usual snack stuff here like hot dogs, Mickey pretzels, Mickey bars, churros (yes, you can get a churro here), and more. Eventually, this spot will also sell beer. The biggest difference from how it was before is that it’s been painted to match the more red color scheme we’re seeing all over EPCOT right now.

We also decided to check on the other snack stand nearby, the one closest to Journey Into Imagination with Figment. That snack stand is still closed.

We’ll continue to keep an eye on the progress over at EPCOT — the transformation is set to be completed by the end of the year, so we’ll let you know when all the various projects have been finished. We’re still waiting for Disney to unveil the new Walt Disney statue, as well as Communicore Hall and Communicore Plaza.
