There are lots of great ways to start your day in Disney World.

You can grab breakfast from your favorite spot in the park, rope drop the rides at the top of your list, or maybe you’d prefer to sleep in and reserve all your energy. Or maybe you’re looking for a new tradition, in which case, we’ve got a great suggestion.

If you’re a fan of baby animals like we are, you may want to start your morning over in Animal Kingdom saying hello to all the animals, especially if there’s a baby involved!

We headed to the Gorilla Falls Expedition this morning so we could see the animals more active, and we got a chance to see Ada, the baby gorilla!

If you’re looking to see animals when they’re most active, we recommend checking them out the earliest in the day you can, or at the latest. As the day grows hotter, the animals become less active to stay cool, meaning that you may see them, but they may be less interesting.
