We know, we know, Genie+ can be super confusing.

We do our best to keep you updated on all the latest Genie+ changes and show you how to use it best in the parks so you have the best vacations possible. It was just announced that Genie+ would be changing AGAIN this week, so here’s your reminder on what to expect!
In an effort to continue to simplify the service, starting on June 27th, Genie+ will be available to Disney World guests depending on which parks they want to visit and for how long. Essentially, Genie+ will become park-specific, and you can choose between single-park and multi-park.

The multiple parks option will work the same as the current Genie+ service as long as guests have a valid park hopper ticket. Prices for Genie+ will also now depend on which park you’re selecting to go to, meaning more popular parks will be a higher fee than less popular parks. On June 27th, the prices will be as seen in the photo below.

Guests will still be able to purchase Genie+ through the My Disney Experience App on the day of their visit, but keep in mind that availability will become less as the day goes on, so the sooner you buy it in the day, the better.

Genie+ will continue to be subject to date-based surge pricing but will now also vary in price depending on if you’re purchasing a single or multiple park Genie+ option, as well as which park you’re going to (for single-park options). Be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Genie+ news!
Don’t forget about these 2024 Genie+ changes coming too!
