More CHANGES Coming to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

There are some BIG (but quiet) changes coming to Disney World over the next few years.

Many of Disney World’s hotels have been getting updated behind-the-scenes, with new theming and details added to several resorts. One of these hotels is Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, where we’ve already seen changes implemented at the reopened Citricos and Victoria & Albert’s, along with the new Mary Poppins-inspired villas. Along with upcoming changes to the villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian, we’ve also learned of updates coming to another iconic part of the resort.

The LOBBY will be getting some updates at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort! While not many details have been given, Disney has shared that “The ongoing renovation will also include an upcoming refurbishment of the lobby, which will maintain the classic theming you know and love with some fresh new enhancements.”

The hotel has been undergoing recent changes with new rooms, and updates to its iconic restaurants. While not much has been shared on what will be happening to the lobby, so far we’ve seen a lot of subtle Mary Poppins-theming added throughout the resort.
