Who doesn’t love buffets?

While many things are back to “normal” after the park closures in 2020, there are many things in Disney that haven’t returned yet. Many Disney buffets switched to family-style eating, but some buffets are returning, slowly but surely. Earlier this summer we found out the buffet would be returning to Hollywood & Vine, and we tried it out for ourselves so we could give you the first look!
For breakfast, you can dine with Disney Junior Pals and try things like Brioche French Toast with Banana Foster Sauce, Salmon and Bagel Casserole, and Plant-based Frittata with tomato jam.

And we were lucky enough to experience the Halloween Dine via Minnie Seasonal Dining. During lunch and dinner, Minnie Mouse and her friends greet guests.

During our lunch, we chose from selections like Beef Stew, White Rice, Creamy Polenta, Roasted Pork with Spicy Mustard Sauce, Meatballs with Barbecue Sauce and Pineapple, and Macaroni & Cheese with Shrimp and Bacon.

Staying with the heavier options, you can also find Sour Cream and Chive Whipped Potato, Seared Salmon with Beurre Blanc, Oven-roasted Herbed Chicken, and Caramelized Brussel Sprouts.

There are also vegetarian options, like the Roasted Mushroom Farro Risotto, Crispy Tofu with Asian Glaze, Garlic Broccolini, and Spring Peas with Pearl Onions.

You can also grab Mini Corn Dogs…

…Slow-roasted Crispy Pork Belly with Guava glaze…

…and Herb-Crusted Tenderloin Steak with Horseradish Cream.

They also have smaller items like Shrimp and Cocktail sauce, various pre-made salads, and fruit.

There’s also a salad bar if you prefer to customize your own salad!

You can also grab some Spitzweck Rolls, Herbed Focaccia, and Mini Pita Breads.

Oh — and we can’t forget about dessert! You can dig into some sweet items like Apple Crisps and Seasonal Bread Pudding!

We had a great time — be sure to visit for yourself now that the buffet is back! The buffet is also returning to Tusker House soon and has already returned to Ale & Compass and the Cape May Cafe. Keep an eye on AllEars and we’ll keep you updated on all things Disney!
