We’re getting all kinds of changes in Disney World these days!
Things are still reopening, new celebrations have come for the 50th Anniversary, and updates are being made in the parks with new rides, restaurants, and more. Now, a popular restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is getting back to normal!
On August 28th, the buffet will be returning to Hollywood & Vine. Since the restaurant reopened in 2020, they’ve been serving food family-style for every meal, but now guests will be able to get up and serve themselves once again.
For breakfast, this character dining spot features a meal with Disney Junior Pals. During that time, you’ll be able to enjoy eats like Brioche French Toast with Banana Foster Sauce, Salmon and Bagel Casserole, and Plant-based Frittata with tomato jam.
Later in the day, Minnie Mouse and her friends come out to greet guests during lunch and dinner. During that time, the buffet will feature Plant-based Roasted Mushroom Farro Risotto, Slow-roasted Crispy Pork Belly with Guava glaze, and Shrimp and Bacon Mac & Cheese. Don’t forget dessert either — you can try the Mississippi Mud Pie or the PB&J Tarts. (Or both!)
This isn’t the first buffet to return in Disney World — we started seeing this trend in action last year, with the reopening of Boma at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Buffets also returned to a few select other restaurants, but not all of them are back to normal yet.
On top of that, we’ve also seen the slow return of character meals. Some were open early on, with modified character experiences available, but with hugs back, guests are able to get close to their favorite Disney pals once again. However, some character meals still remain closed at this time.
