Reopened Character Meet-and-Greet Added To Genie+ in Disney World!

It’s official! Disney’s Animal Kingdom just welcomed back another major experience to the park!

Just a week ago, we saw the reimagined Finding Nemo: The Big Blue…and Beyond show open. And now, just a couple of days after a soft opening, a popular character meet-and-greet location has officially returned to Animal Kingdom and you DON’T have to wait in line if you’d prefer not to!

Adventurers Outpost has officially reopened to guests! So, now guests can finally come back to the location to meet Mickey and Minnie in their safari costumes. And, what makes this spot extra unique is that this is the ONLY meet-and-greet location in the parks where you can meet both Mickey and Minnie at the same time!

We wonder what they’re talking about!

And, we all know that those lines can get pretty long for meet-and-greets. But, if you’re opting to purchase Disney Genie+ you won’t have to worry! Today also marks the launch of Genie+ Lightning Lanes at this location. This means that it is now included in the $15 per person, per day cost as one of the 11 Genie+ attractions in Animal Kingdom.

The meet-and-greet is available from 8AM to 6:30PM. And, don’t forget — several character meet-and-greet locations are no longer distanced in Disney World, so you’ll be able to hug, get up close pictures, and ask for an autograph!
