Whether you have dietary restrictions or you’re looking to closely watch what you eat, Walt Disney World offers a variety of dining options for various allergies, intolerances, or preferences.

Today, we’re going to take a look at some of the gluten free snacks available at EPCOT!
And grab your passport because most of these goodies are found in World Showcase!
Macarons – Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie
Our first stop on our gluten free snack trip around EPCOT is the France Pavilion, where we’ll find several selections to choose from! Les Halles may be known for their pastries, but there are some gluten free treats as well, like their Macarons.

The Macarons from Les Halles are definitely one of the tastiest snacks you can find in the France Pavilion, so it’s great to know that they’re also gluten-free! The cheese plates at Les Halles are also gluten-free, if you skip the baguette that comes with it.
Ice Cream and Sorbet – L’Artisan des Glaces
We’re staying in the France Pavilion for the next gluten-free snack. L’Artisan des Glaces. There you will find a selection of ice cream and sorbet flavors that are gluten-free! Sandwich that between a Macaron and you just made yourself a delicious gluten-free dessert.

Dole Whip – Refreshment Port
Did you know that the classic Dole Whip is dairy- and gluten-free? Hallelujah! At EPCOT, you can find Dole Whip all year long at Refreshment Port.

Mochi Ice Cream – Japan Pavilion Cart
We must be on a frozen snack kick right now, because we’re hopping over to the Japan Pavilion for our next gluten-free snack. You can choose between Green Tea, Chocolate, Strawberry, Mango, and Vanilla flavored Mochi Ice Cream at an outdoor cart located in the Pavilion.

Kakigōri – Kabuki Cafe
Yup, we have ANOTHER frozen snack to share with you from EPCOT that’s gluten-free. Luckily you shouldn’t have too much trouble finding something to cool you down on a hot Florida day! We’re heading to Kabuki Cafe, also in the Japan Pavilion, for some Kakigōri! This Japanese shaved ice dessert is available in Rainbow, Strawberry, Melon, Cherry, Tangerine or Blue Raspberry flavors!

Turkey Leg – Fife & Drum Tavern
Arguably just as iconic as the Dole Whip, the famed Turkey Leg is also gluten-free. You can find these hearty snacks in the American Adventure Pavilion at Fife & Drum Tavern.

Maple Popcorn – Canada Pavilion Popcorn Cart
Regular popcorn in Disney World is gluten-free (more on that in a second!), but so is the delicious Maple Popcorn in the Canada Pavilion! If you want your popcorn to have a bit of sweetness added to it, you can do so in World Showcase!

Chips and Guacamole – La Cava del Tequila
Next up is the Mexico Pavilion! Head into the pyramid, and you’ll find La Cava del Tequila, a popular spot for, well, tequila! Seriously, this place has a huge selection of tasty beverages. But that’s not what we’re here to talk about today! You can also munch on some snacks while you’re visiting La Cava, including Chips with a side of Guacamole.

Tacos and Tostadas – Choza de Margarita
Once you’ve had your fill of chips and guacamole, head outside in the Mexico Pavilion for even more gluten-free treats! Choza de Margarita serves up tasty tacos and tostadas if you’re looking for more filling snacks. Just make sure you order them with corn tortillas! Choza de Margarita also serves Esquites, which is a spicy corn dish topped with chipotle mayo, queso fresco, and Tajin chile-lime powder.

What about the EPCOT Festivals?
World Showcase hosts several festivals throughout the year: the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, the International Flower and Garden Festival, the International Food and Wine Festival, and the International Festival of the Holidays. Each of these festivals have booths that are deemed gluten-friendly. Depending on your sensitivity to gluten, these snacks may or may not be suitable to your diet. Be sure to double check with a Cast Member and inquire about the exact ingredients in each dish.

Packaged Snacks – Sunshine Seasons & Beyond
There are a variety of pre-packaged snacks that are gluten-free that you can find in EPCOT. If you pop into Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion, be on the lookout for Enjoy Life snacks! You can also ask Cast Members where you can find “Snacks With Character,” Disney’s brand of gluten-free packaged snacks.

Everything Else!
No matter which park you visit, Disney World has several gluten-free snacks that are readily available and easy to find. When you visit EPCOT, you can enjoy iconic snacks such as Mickey Premium Bars, Popcorn, frozen lemonade cups, and fresh fruit.
